FRAME

The frame is made-up of the solid steel plate with heavy cross ribbing. The structure is being designed for the perfectly distribution of the balance over the cross section. Proper alignment of the frame is ensured by matching

CLUTCH

The clutch is made of the steel alloy, the pin/ rolling key is manufactured from the W.P.S. /EN24 material and the parts are being tempered. It is rigid and well supported. It gives the continuous production.

CRANK SHAFT

Crank Shaft is made up of steel alloy, machine with closed accuracy and fitted in the bushes for smooth working, longer life and accuracy.

ADJUSTABLE STROKE

The sole feature of the adjustable stroke is that is performed all kind of operations by employing short stroke for blanking for blanking and forming operations.

FLYWHEEL

Flywheel is made of high grade cast iron .It is use for storing and releasing energy for the pressing operation and balance for smooth running.

GEARS

The Gears are made from steel cast. Gear teeth are generated by precision hobbing machine.
